MEET THE ARTIST

Maxine is a lifelong student of art having painted and studied with a number of established artists and institutions over the last 60 years. Her achievements include awards from the Interior Provincial Exhibition, Armstrong BC and the People's Choice Award at the Pearl Ellis Gallery, Comox BC. Her work has travelled the world with paintings in China, the Philippines, Australia, throughout Canada and the United States. She recently had a solo show in Ladysmith, BC. Maxine makes her home in Courtenay BC where she paints and sells out of her studio.
