MEET THE ARTIST

A nature lover from an early age, I have spent countless hours outdoors observing animals in the wild. I remain continuously in awe of the natural world and the beauty it reveals. This lifelong curiosity continues to guide and inspire my work.

A self-taught artist, my journey into oil painting began in 2018 following a backpacking trip through Europe. Viewing masterworks displayed in galleries and museums across the continent was profoundly inspiring.

This collection of four paintings draws inspiration from the wildlife of Vancouver Island. Each work seeks to capture not only the form and presence of its subjects, but also the sense of place and harmony that defines this remarkable region.
