MEET THE ARTIST

Born in England, but raised in Canada, I have augmented my self taught skills with a number of workshops and classes at Emily Carr. I have painted in watercolour, and acrylics but now focus mainly on Oils. I love the versatility of oils and have learned to love the slow drying paints that force me to be patient. My upcoming retirement has reignited my passion for creating art and I am looking forward to spending more time with paintbrush or camera in hand. I live in Campbell River with my wife and pets and love using the inspiration that I find in the natural beauty of the North Island.
